Earlier this year, we held focus groups with current Partners to ask them how they feel about their pensions, what they’d like to know more about from the Scheme, and which communications stand out.
The sessions were incredibly insightful, and the Trustee is very grateful to everyone who expressed an interest in joining and those who took part.
Participants told us that a central hub like our new website would be helpful so they have one central place to find information about their Partnership pension. We also heard that more information about ‘what happens if’ scenarios would help to make things easy when people need to navigate life events. You can now find a list of these under FAQs/Life Events.
Hearing from you, our members, about what’s important is what drives us. We’ll be in touch in the future to ask for your feedback to help us shape future communications. Look out for it – we’d love to hear from you!
